The BDM Queues

A look into the two queues system that powers company outreach.

The system separates companies into two distinct queues, each with its own purpose, criteria, and prioritization logic to maximize BDM efficiency.

Existing Companies Queue

Goal: Re-engage past buyers.

This queue targets companies that have previously purchased leads but have been inactive for at least 120 days. The focus is on relationship management and identifying new opportunities with known partners. Assignments are permanent unless auto-released after 5 days of inactivity.

Prospecting Queue

Goal: Qualify new, unverified businesses.

This queue is filled with new, unverified companies from external sources like SalesIntel or direct registrations. The primary goal is qualification, decision-maker identification, and conversion to a full company record. Assignments are temporary, auto-releasing after 7 days.

Existing Companies: Priority Logic

To enter this queue, a company must be in good standing, have no assigned managers, and have not purchased leads in the last 120 days. Once qualified, companies are sorted by a multi-factor algorithm designed to surface the highest-quality prospects first.

Prospecting Queue: Priority Logic

The prospecting queue prioritizes leads based on their source and data quality. Direct registrations are fast-tracked, followed by human-verified and targeted prospects. The ultimate ranking factor is the "Recent Lead Count," a metric indicating market activity and business health.
